About
We are based in Germany and building something new in personal wellbeing. The aim is for our app to go live later this year.
We build deliberately rather than fast. Privacy-first design is a foundational principle in everything we do: GDPR concepts as design principles rather than just rules to adhere to, EU data residency for all key data, and design fundaments that emphasize data security. If you'd like to hear when 'Selftuner' launches, join the waiting list on our home page.

Hosting and server logs
This is a primarily static website with a waitlist signup form. Our hosting provider automatically collects technical access data in server log files: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, requested page, time of the request, and IP address. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR — our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website — and is not merged with other data sources.
No cookies or tracking
This website does not use cookies and does not integrate any analytics or tracking technologies. If you sign up for the waitlist, a confirmation email is sent via Postmark (operated by AC PM, LLC, an ActiveCampaign group company, United States) as a transactional email processor — see the Waitlist section below.
Waitlist
If you sign up for the launch notification waitlist, we process the following data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, double opt-in):
- Your email address
- Timestamps of signup and confirmation
- Your IP address at signup and confirmation, stored as consent proof
After you submit the form, we send a confirmation email via Postmark. Your data is stored as confirmed only after you click the confirmation link. We retain your data until the launch notification has been sent, or until you withdraw your consent — whichever comes first. To withdraw, email us at the address stated on the Impressum page. Unconfirmed signups are deleted automatically after their confirmation link has expired.
Postmark is operated by AC PM, LLC (United States). The associated transfer of personal data to the United States is safeguarded by the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR) included in the provider's data processing agreement; the provider is additionally certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address stated on the Impressum page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
